Share & SaveMore Information About this ProjectProject Needs and BeneficiariesIn conjunction with the Chengdu Education Bureau and local partners, ISG Capital Management has initiated this project, which will rebuild a 9-year school, Chujiang School, that was severely damaged by the earthquake that hit Sichuan Province, China on May 12th, 2008. The 1200 students are now studying in temporary schools and tents. This project aims to provide long-term educational infrastructure for these students so they can excel and learn in a proper environment as soon as possible. ActivitiesFunds raised will go directly toward reconstruction planning and construction costs for rebuilding Chujiang School. If successful, we can rebuild the school in one year and the students can be studying in their rebuilt school by September 2009.
